Refund Policy

Digital downloads

Files are delivered right away, so all sales of digital downloads are final. There are three exceptions: if a file won't open, is missing pages, or you bought it twice by mistake. In those cases, email us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you.

Physical items

If an item arrives damaged or wrong, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We'll replace it or refund you, including shipping. You don't need to send it back unless we ask.

Sydney's book

Sydney's book is sold by Amazon, so Amazon's return policy applies.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we approve them.
